In recent years, such as Navigation system, enables more detailed and more accurate surgery, showing good results and this surgery using it has been performed for five years ago. With 10 years of accumulated surgical techniques and new technology applied to surgery, many patients have shown satisfactory results. 

  It is difficult to have standardized outcome measurements for revision THR patients because of the great diversity in patient population, mechanisms of failure, and operative and peri-operative protocols. But in our hospital, there are too many cases for the primary and revision total hip arthroplasty. So the results and satisfaction of patients are very high. Especially, we have much experience about these difficulty cases, something like deformities ,osteonecrosis and failed primary total hips.
