Nose is in the center of the face and plays the key role in creating the most 3D face. Barbie nose can give you the chic image and is the most popular trend in rhinoplasty. Barbie nose is also known as half-upturn nose: it has the right height on the bridge and the tip, to give you the most desirable and natural line from the tip to the bridge! Normally ear cartilage or septal cartilage is used for the tip. However, if you have a strong enough strut to hold your nose in place, we can only use the ear cartilage for the tip, but if you have weak strut, we might also need to build a more supportive strut to prevent the sagging of the tip in the future.
